Banana Bread- the opposite of dry...

One of my favorite things about Pinterest is all of the amazing blogs it takes me to, like the one this particular recipe came from.

I'm hesitant to describe this banana bread because I know how much people despise the word I'm going to use to describe it. I stand by the fact that this particular word ALWAYS makes me think of delicious desserts- nothing else! So if you're one of those people that hates this word (if you do, you already know what I'm talking about), skip to the next paragraph now... This banana bread is the most deliciously moist decadence pretty much ever.

Now that that's out of the way, let me reiterate, there's no need to have a glass of milk with this bread considering it's particular consistency! I think it's only fair to redirect you to the blog I got the recipe from in a sort of "give credit where credit is due" situation, so check her out! SO much deliciousness contained in these pages!

I want to specify, I did not substitute with the crushed pineapples and it still came out with that oh so special consistency. I also didn't have a bread pan so I just made it in a glass pie dish... oops. I like to improvise and it still came out delicious.

Allow me to give you a run down of how this banana bread came to be-
8:30am- Casey: "The bananas are starting to turn brown. You should look up some banana bread recipes!"
9:00am- The mix was in the oven and ready to be in my tummy!
...You don't have to tell me twice when it comes to baking/cooking!

Oh goodness, did I love this! I loved it so much, I had to take half of it to work to keep me from eating the whole thing. It really only lasted a few minutes at work before being completely devoured by my very appreciative coworkers.

I also need to note- today marks the start of week 3 or Day 15 of p90x. I'm sure it must seem counterproductive to be working out so hard core and yet still love baking. I put my sentiments on the matter into a little photoshop project... (I love online tutorials, especially this one for photoshop letterpress!)

Until next time- bake to your heart's content... but maybe do a little cardio to offset it! :)
